It is Smart, Discrete, Fast, and Affordable!

The Process:How does it work?.

ProAlign is an invisible aligner that is created by a revolutionary orthodontic software From 3shape/ Denmark.
This Innovative software propose a treatment plan which generates a sequential digital setups that creates a tooth movement. All aligners will be fabricated at the onset of treatment, numbered, and packed separately.

They will be sent to you at once with prescribed timed treatment plan for each one. With each case you will receive a summary table indicating the purpose and location of the force points by stage, as well as the detailed sheet per stage which indicates any and all IPR, in addition to the force point magnitude and direction.

3S-Open-Workflow

This plan will be introduced to you with a digital report plus a video to see the teeth movement towards the end results. The treatment plan will be shared with you through an online cloud for evaluation, critique, and approval.

You may choose to share the video then with your patient to explain and simplify her treatment procedure and the end results, Advance treatment acceptance of all clear aligners.

Then you may send us your approval to implement the treatment and so to create the required amount of the aligners for your patient in less than a week!

Why
ProAlign?

Great benefits go in two ways, patients and dentists:

As a dentist, what you get is your patient’s satisfaction from the digital improved, fast, and effective treatment which results in more patients to come!

And as a patient, the greatest benefit ProAlign offers is its invisibility making it very appealing and encouraging especially to adults, as the aligner works quickly and discretely to straighten the teeth while the patients are on with their daily activities. It is the most discreet orthodontic treatment currently available in the dental practice, ProAlign removes the ‘braces stigma’ and your patient now can smile while her aligner stays unnoticed!

Its great for kids and teens as well where studies show that kids have almost zero refusal level to the aligners comparing to their struggle with the uncomfortable conventional treatment type.
ProAlign treatment is fast and effective, if worn for around 20-22 hours per day, the expected treatment length is between 1- 6 months to one year. And each Aligner is able to create multimovements for 0.2-0.3 mm in 2 weeks’ time.
ProAlign designs provide comfort and allow easy removal, apart from the slight discomfort experienced the first 2-3 days, it is relatively painless!
Above all of these benefits, ProAlign is greatly affordable!

Moreover, ProAlign Packages come with Free DSD, which differentiate it from all the other clear aligners in the market including Invisalign,

We combine our treatment plan with a free DSD photo which dramatically increases your patient case-acceptance! Your patient now can see his after-treatment real-view smile photo before starting the treatment, which allow them to say YES with confidence!

PATIENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSERTING YOUR NEW PROALIGN ALIGNERS:

Proalign aligners look best when they are clear and invisible. It’s up to you to keep them looking clean and transparent. Follow these instructions carefully to keep your Proalign aligners crystal clear and sparkling!

  1. You must wear each aligner for a period of exactly 14 days.
  2. Wear each aligner all day and all night long, and only remove it when eating and brushing your teeth.
  3.  Should you lose, damage, or break your aligner, contact your dentist or orthodontist immediately.

HOW TO AVOID STAINING YOUR PROALIGN PLASTIC ALIGNERS

  • Take out your aligners while eating and chewing.
  • Drink lots of water and rinse your aligners frequently throughout the day.
  • Don’t place your aligners on surfaces or around substances that can stain them.
  • Stay away from artificially dyed drinks, sodas, and juices, and avoid naturally tinted beverages like red wine and coffee.
  • Never chew on pens or other foreign objects that could break and stain your teeth or the aligners.
  • Use the provided protective trays to keep your aligners clean and safe.
  • Don’t smoke or chew tobacco with your aligners in place.
  • Never use denture tablets or other effervescent products to clean your teeth or your aligners. It  will make them cloudy.
  • Always brush and floss your teeth BEFORE wearing the aligners again.

INSERTING YOUR PROALIGN ALIGNERS

  • Ensure that you are inserting the correct aligner and are inserting it in the correct sequence. Double check to make sure that you are inserting the upper aligner for the upper teeth, and lower aligner for the lower teeth.
  • Insert your aligners by gently pushing the aligners over your front teeth. Then, applying even pressure, use your fingers to push the aligner over the back molars on the right and left sides until you feel and hear the aligner snap into place. You can insert either the top or the bottom aligner first.
  • Once the aligners are in place, if you feel they are not fitting correctly or that they need to be positioned better, you can gently bite down on a piece of gauze or cotton until you feel them snap into place.
  • Some level of minor discomfort is normal upon placing a new aligner over the teeth. If you feel an unusual amount of pain, contact your dentist or orthodontist as soon as possible.

WHEN CLEANING, MAKE SURE TO USE AN EXTRA-SOFT-BRISTLED TOOTHBRUSH

Your aligners always touch the surface of your teeth. That’s why it’s so important to keep them clean and free of bacterial growth. Each time you brush your teeth (no less than twice a day!) you should also be brushing your aligners with a soft-bristled toothbrush.

When you brush your aligners, use gentle, circular motions over the inner and outer surfaces to effectively remove all debris and bacteria. Again, IT’S VERY IMPORTANT that you DO NOT use a hard-bristled brush on your aligners, because these will cause scratches and your aligners will no longer be transparent and invisible.

ONLY USE CLEAR AND HYPO-ALLERGENIC ANTIBACTERIAL SOAP TO WASH YOUR ALIGNERS

Always select a light-colored or clear antibacterial soap that is non-abrasive and will not stain or scratch your aligners. Just a small amount is needed to thoroughly clean your aligners and remove all bacteria from the plastic. Never wash your aligners with hot water, as this can cause the aligner shape to warp.

SPECIAL NOTE: DENTURE CLEANERS AND MOUTHWASH will damage the surface of your aligners and make them less transparent and more visible. DO NOT use these types of products on your Proalign aligners.

REMOVING YOUR PROALIGN ALIGNERS

  • With your two index fingers, pry the aligner off your molars on one side, and carefully continue prying them off as you move your fingers to the other side. By avoiding unnecessary removal of the aligners, you will also avoid unnecessary damage and scratching of the product.
Remember: you should be wearing your aligners at all times, except for when you are drinking, chewing or cleaning them. (You can keep them in if you are drinking water.)
  • Never use a foreign object to remove your aligners.
  • As soon as you have removed your aligners, rinse them, shake off excess water, and place them in the included storage container until their next use. Do not use paper towels or other harsh fabrics to dry your aligners, as these can cause scratching and damage which will affect their invisibility.

STORE AND SANITIZE YOUR ALIGNERS IN THE PROVIDED TRAYS

When you are not using them, be sure to store your aligners in clean, sanitized, and dry trays to keep them free of debris and bacterial growth. Do not use any soaking solutions because these can damage your aligners and make them dull and cloudy.

Use cool clear water, a softbristled brush, and hypo-allergenic antibacterial soap to clean and rinse your aligners.

Keep your aligners out of reach of children and pets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wear your aligners for a minimum of 21 hours per day. Your aligners should be inserted at all times, except when eating, drinking, brushing your teeth, or cleaning your aligners.

It is preferred that you only use a mild antibacterial soap solution and a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean your aligners. If this is not available, you can dilute a small amount of non-abrasive toothpaste with a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean them.

It is normal to experience a period of adjustment when you begin a new orthodontic treatment.
This is usually short-lived and barely noticeable and will diminish as you continue to become accustomed to having the aligners in your mouth.

The advantage of using Proalign aligners instead of traditional braces is that there are no dietary restrictions. The only limitation is that you must remove the aligners before eating or drinking. Also remember to always brush your teeth and rinse off the aligners before you replace them in your mouth. Continue with your regularly scheduled dental checkups and professional cleanings while you are in treatment.

Loss: Keep the most recently used aligner with you at all times. This way, should you lose or break the current aligner, you’ll be able to immediately insert the previous one for temporary use while you repair or replace the lost one. Remember to notify your prescribing dentist or orthodontist as soon as possible if you lose and aligner.

Damage: Your aligners are made of a premium-quality thermoforming sheet and therefore should be able to withstand the normal rigors of insertion and reinsertion as you remove them for eating, drinking and performing oral hygiene. In the unlikely event that one of your aligners gets damaged during the insertion process, contact your dental professional immediately to let them know. They will review your chart and advise you about next steps which will often depend on when in the 14-day cycle you have lost or damaged the aligner. If it is close to the beginning of the cycle your dental professional might suggest that you return to the previous aligner while a replacement aligner can be made. If you were towards the end of the cycle, your dental professional might suggest that you move on to the next tray, and use “chewies” to help them seat. If this is the case, you can expect to feel additional pressure due to skipping forward. Also, it is recommended that you wear the new tray for an additional 7 days Your dentist can schedule an extra consultation visit with you if you are experiencing inordinate
discomfort or fitting issues with the new set of aligners.

Your aligners should be given to you in smoothed and polished condition. Occasionally there might be small areas that are missed. If you feel comfortable doing so, you can use a fine grain nail file and smooth these areas yourself, particularly if they are in the back areas of the teeth.

Do not attempt to do major repair work to the visible areas of the aligners, since you could scratch and damage them and effect their invisibility. In cases where more adjustments and polishing are required, it is recommended that you stop in your orthodontist’s office for assistance.

Your Proalign aligners are individually sized and fitted for your specific orthodontic needs and goals. Therefore, it is normal for your dental professional to intentionally include certain features in your aligners, to facilitate the movement of the teeth to their desired position. The “bumps” are known as “attachments” and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The “ridges” provide pressure to certain teeth to give them additional movement if needed; they are small crevices that you might feel on your gums until you get used to them. “Turbos” are bumps that are placed on the back side (facing the tongue) of upper aligners, which also help your teeth move into their final position. These features normally wear down and disappear as your teeth continue to shift into their desired location.

The majority of patients do not experience significant discomfort. It is normal to experience some pressure and minor soreness for a couple of days after you first insert a new aligner.
Don’t worry! This signifies that the aligners are operating correctly and slowly shifting your teeth into their final position. Take over-the-counter analgesics to alleviate any minor discomfort.

It is highly recommended that you avoid smoking while using Proalign aligners because the smoke will have a discoloring effect and cause the aligners to lose their invisibility.
The use of chewing gum or chewy candies is discouraged since they can stick to and damage your aligners.

The length of your Proalign aligner treatment will depend on the extent that your teeth are misaligned before you begin the process. Your orthodontic professional will be able to provide you with a sense of how long treatment will take, depending on its complexity, after examining you during your initial consultation. He/she will be able to update you on the timing as you progress through the treatment process.

You should always adhere to your orthodontist’s recommended schedule for office visits. Normally, these visits take place every 2-3 weeks once treatment is underway. Your orthodontist might request that you come in within one week of beginning treatment, in order to confirm that you are progressing appropriately and using the aligners correctly.

At the end of your Proalign treatment, you will be prescribed and instructed to wear a night retainer for an indefinite period of time. You will also likely have wires affixed to the back of your teeth, where they will not be seen. Using the night retainer while you sleep helps to assure that your teeth will remain in their new position, and that you will have a healthy bite.

Ideally, children should have all their adult teeth before beginning Proalign treatment, but there are circumstances where treatment can be initiated on children with “mixed dentition” (adult teeth that are still partially erupting, or teeth beds that have spaces in areas where adult teeth have still not grown in).
Consult with your orthodontist or your dental professional to find out if your child can be considered for this type of program, or if there are alternatives or combination techniques that can be utilized. While acquiring an improved aesthetic appearance is preferable, your child’s oral health and well-being should always be the highest priority.
